John T. Rynd – Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Rynd was named Chief Executive Officer and President of Hercules Offshore in June 2008. In addition, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Company.
Mr. Rynd has served in various executive level positions since joining Hercules Offshore in September 2005. Most recently, Mr. Rynd was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, a role he held since July 2007. He also served as Senior Vice President of Hercules Offshore and President of Hercules Drilling Company, LLC.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rynd spent 15 years with Noble Drilling Services, Inc., where he served in a variety of management roles, including Vice President Investor Relations and Vice President Marketing and Contracts. Mr. Rynd also served in various management roles at Chiles Offshore, culminating in Vice President of Marketing. His vast experience also encompasses 10 years of service for Rowan Companies Inc., where he served in various roles of increasing levels of responsibility on offshore rigs.
In addition, Mr. Rynd serves on the board of CECO, the world's largest independent manufacturer of engine and compressor replacement parts.
Mr. Rynd graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Lisa W. Rodriguez – Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Rodriguez was appointed Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of Hercules Offshore
in March 2007.
Previously, Ms. Rodriguez served as
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Weatherford
International, Ltd., an international oilfield services company. In
her 10 years at Weatherford, Ms. Rodriguez held various financial
management positions including Vice President Accounting
and Corporate Controller.
Ms. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Arts
in Spanish from the University of Illinois and a Master of
Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston. She
is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
James W. Noe – Senior Vice
President - General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary
Mr. Noe was appointed Senior Vice President
- General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary
of Hercules Offshore in October 2005. In addition, he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Towing.
Previously, he served as Corporate Counsel
for BJ Services Company, a worldwide oilfield services provider. Mr.
Noe also served as Corporate Counsel for Single Buoy Moorings,
a Monaco-based company that designs, owns and operates floating
production systems (FPSOs and FSOs). Early in his career,
Mr. Noe was in private practice with the New Orleans law
firm of King, LeBlanc & Bland, where he focused on corporate
and commercial issues for oil and gas companies and shipyards. During
his private practice, Mr. Noe represented shipyards in large
naval construction disputes before the U.S. Court of Federal
Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He
also represented vessel and rig owners in large construction disputes and
arbitrations in Europe and the Far East.
Mr. Noe holds a Bachelor of Arts with
honors from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctorate
from Louisiana State University. He
is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas.
Stephen M. Butz – Vice President Finance
and Treasurer
Mr. Butz was appointed Vice President Finance and Treasurer of Hercules Offshore in October 2006. He joined the company in February 2005 as the Director of Corporate Development.
During 2004, Mr. Butz served as a consultant to Noble Corporation. From 1996-2004, he worked in the investment banking industry as an equity research analyst at Deutsche Bank and Jefferies & Company. Before joining Jefferies & Company, Mr. Butz held positions in corporate lending.
Mr. Butz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Troy L. Carson – Vice President and Corporate
Controller
Mr. Carson was named Vice President and Corporate Controller
of Hercules Offshore in March 2007.
Previously, Mr. Carson served as the
Assistant Corporate Controller at Weatherford International
Ltd., an international oilfield services company. In
addition, he was a member of the Commercial Assurance Practice
of Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mr. Carson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. He
is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Richard E. McClaine – Vice
President Health, Safety and Environment
Mr. McClaine was appointed Vice President Health, Safety and
Environment of Hercules Offshore in September 2006.
Mr. McClaine’s previous experience includes
more than 25 years in the oil and gas industry. Prior
to joining the Company, he worked with Syntex Management
Systems, a provider of enterprise risk-management software. He
also served as Vice President Safety, Training and Environmental
Affairs at GlobalSantaFe.
He earned his degree in marine transportation
from Texas A&M
University.

Drilling
Terry L. Carr – Vice President Worldwide
Operations
Mr. Carr joined Hercules Drilling Company, LLC, as Vice President
Worldwide Operations in January 2007.
Most recently, Mr. Carr was employed
by ENSCO International, an offshore drilling contractor,
where he served as Manager, Operations for the company’s
expanding Asia Pacific Region. Before
joining ENSCO in 2001, he spent nearly 20 years with Reading & Bates
Corporation (now R&B Falcon) where he held numerous key
international operations and marketing roles.
Mr. Carr is a veteran of the United States Army and is a graduate
of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York.
Ronald J. Cunningham – Vice President Engineering
Mr. Cunningham was appointed Vice President
Engineering of Hercules Offshore in July 2007 upon the acquisition
of TODCO where entered the role in October 2006.
Prior to
joining the Company, Mr. Cunningham served as Director of
Projects for Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. He has
also held various engineering positions with several drilling
contractors and an array of engineering firms.
Claus E. Feyling – Vice
President International Business Development
Mr. Feyling was appointed Vice President
International Business Development of Hercules Offshore
in July 2007 upon the acquisition of TODCO, where he held
the same position since April 2006.
Previously, he served as Director Business
Development and Manager Marketing and Business Development
for Pride International, Inc. from 2001-2005. Mr.
Feyling’s history also includes Vice President Marketing
and General Manager Asia Pacific for Marine Drilling as
well as numerous rig operations management positions for
Odfjell Drilling Asia.
Mr. Feyling has a background in mechanical
engineering from Bergen Technical University, Norway.
David R. Hatcher– Vice President
International Operations
Mr. Hatcher was named Vice President International Operations in February 2008. Prior to this appointment, he held the positions of General Manager International Operations, Manager Latin America and Special Projects and District Manager Latin America.
Before joining the Company, he held the position of District Manager for Transocean where he oversaw their West African fleet. Prior to joining Transocean, he was with Cliffs Drilling Company where he held the roles of Vice President – Venezuela Operations and Controller, Drilling Division. He also spent 14 years in various operations and accounting roles for Zapata Offshore, Co.
Mr. Hatcher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas and he is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
W. Brad James – Vice President
Marketing
Mr. James was named Vice President Marketing
in July 2007 following the acquisition of TODCO, where
he held the same position.
Previously, he held several positions
at Transocean Inc., the most recent as Marketing Manager
North America. Prior to joining Transocean Inc.,
Mr. James held various domestic and international marketing
and management positions over the course of 20 years for
R&B Falcon Corporation, Cliffs Drilling Company and
other privately held drilling companies.
Mr. James holds a degree in business administration
from Southwest Texas State University.

Hercules International
Don P. Rodney – President and Director, Hercules
International Holdings, Ltd., and its subsidiary companies
Mr. Rodney was named President and
Director of Hercules International Holdings, Ltd., in July
2006. Prior to
this appointment, he held the position of Vice President
Finance for Hercules Drilling Company, LLC, a role he entered
in July 2004 upon the purchase of the Parker Drilling rig
fleet.
Mr. Rodney’s previous experience includes
serving as Chief Financial Officer for Hercules Offshore
Drilling Company from November 2002 to July 2004. He was also the treasurer
at The Offshore Drilling Company (TODCO). Furthermore,
he has held roles at R&B Falcon Drilling USA, Inc., and
Atlantic Pacific Marine Corp.
Mr. Rodney is a graduate of Lamar University
with a degree in accounting. He is also a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA).

Liftboats
Todd Pellegrin – Vice President, Worldwide Liftboat Operations
Mr. Pellegrin joined Hercules Offshore
in March 2006 and was appointed to the role of Vice President, Worldwide Liftboat Operations in December 2008. Prior to this
appointment, he held the positions of Vice President International Liftboats and Managing Director
for the West Africa region.
Before joining the Company, he served
as the Managing Director of Danos & Curole Nigeria, Ltd. In addition, Mr.
Pellegrin was the International Business Development Representative
based in Houston, Texas, for Danos & Curole. He
also served as the CEO of South Central Planning and Development
Commission in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
Mr. Pellegin is a graduate of Nicholls State University, where
he earned his B.S. and M.B.A. in business administration.
Renee M. Pitre – Vice President
Finance
Ms. Pitre joined Hercules Liftboat Company,
LLC, as the Vice President Finance in November 2004.
Previously, she was employed by Global Industries
for more than seven years where she served as a Division
Controller for four divisions (nine business units). She
also worked for Sub Sea International where she held numerous
roles of increasing responsibility, the most recent being
Assistant Controller for the Americas region.
Ms. Pitre is a graduate of the University
of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Delta Towing
Barry Matherne – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Matherne was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Delta Towing in December 2008. Most recently, he held the position of General Manager for Delta Towing.
Mr. Matherne began his career with Monteiro Towing Company, a business acquired by Delta Towing’s predecessor, R&B Falcon, in 1981. With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Matherne has worked at all levels of the tug, barge and crew boat industry. He served as a licensed tug captain, assistant manager, operations manager and inland operations manager while at Monteiro Towing Company. Mr. Matherne became Operations Manager of Delta Towing in 2001.
